Rogue Duck Hospitality is Kevin Rockwood, Christopher Rice, and Stephen Capone. The hospitality group currently owns the restaurants One13 Social, Pitt Street Station, and George’s Pizza in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and is expanding its enterprise into other markets and venues in the near future.
